智通财经APP讯，中国船舶租赁(03877)发布公告，公司已获公司控股股东中国船舶工业集团有限公司告知，作为集团内部重组的一部分，中国船舶集团有限公司建议收购中船集团的全部股权。
待建议重组完成后，中国船舶集团将间接拥有公司已发行股本总额约75%的权益。
