2021年6月17日，区城乡建设开发中心联合仁和镇对联通街老旧小区改造项目、巴斯箐老旧小区改造项目进行安全生产、防汛安全综合检查，就小区外立面落地架及安全防护、小区内污水管网管井安全防护等进行检查，要求施工、监理单位及时对相关问题落实整改。
