6月28日，雅居乐集团发布公告，全部赎回非上市优先永续资本证券。
媒体获悉，2018年6月26日，雅居乐集团控股有限公司发行本金额为1亿美元的非上市优先永续资本证券，现已全数赎回，赎回金额为104,275,000美元，即证券的未偿还本金额及于2021年6月26日到期的最终分派付款总和。
雅居乐认为，赎回不会对其财务状况造成重大影响，赎回后概无已发行而尚未赎回的证券。
