北京商报讯（记者 董亮 实习记者 丁宁）交易行情显示，截至6月22日收盘，狮头股份（600539）股价报8.92元/股，小幅收跌0.34%。
据了解，6月21日晚间，狮头股份发布公告称，公司拟购杭州昆汀科技股份有限公司(以下简称"昆汀科技")59.99%股权，交易完成后，昆汀科技将成为狮头股份持股99.99%的子公司。
