6月21日晚间，不少黄江市民的微信群里都流传着一则谣言，该谣言称“今天24:00点前没有做好核酸检测的人员，粤康码将会变成️黄码️，到时就只能自行去医院的核酸检测中心做核酸检测”。
南方+记者随后向黄江镇卫生健康局证实，该消息为谣言。
