俯瞰已具雏形的颍淮大道与复兴大道立交工程，气势恢宏。作为阜阳市第一座大型三层互通立交，该项目西起西清路以东约100米，东与颍淮大道与复兴大道立交工程互通区主线路基衔接，主体预计10月份全部完工，今年底前实现通车，将极大提高阜城城南新区路网通行能力。
