5月23日，南昌红谷滩警方发布警情通报称，博泰集团办公区发生命案致1死1伤，犯罪嫌疑人案发后自杀身亡。目前，此案正在进一步侦办中。
据媒体报道，据知情人士介绍，通报中的章某明，即博泰集团董事长章新明，另一伤者李某东即李向东，系该公司副总裁。
