4月24日：国际地产PE巨头铁狮门以约人民币21亿元完成收购北京辉盛阁国际公寓。项目位于北京朝阳区国贸CBD中心，建筑面积为37,923平方米，紧邻地铁一号线、九号线和十号线，距离嘉里中心、国贸中心仅五分钟路程。
On 24 April: The real estate PE giant Tishman Speyer acquires Fraser Suites in Beijing for RMB2.1 billion. Located in the core area of CBD in Chaoyang District, the project has a total GFA of 37,923 sqm. Adjacent to Subway Line 1, 9 and 10, the project has only 5-minutes’ walking distance from Kerry Centre and China World Trade Centre.

5月13日：安狮资产宣布通过旗下管理的地产私募基金，完成向远洋资本收购北京钻石大厦。项目位于中关村软件园内，上地核心区，是一座低密度花园式研发大楼。项目建筑面积约 23,000平方米，目前由头部科技企业整体承租。
On 13 May: ACR Asset Management announced that it has completed the acquisition of Beijing Dimond Plaza from Sino-Ocean Capital through its real estate private equity. Located in the Zhongguancun Software Park, the core area of the Shangdi sub-district, the Dimond Plaza is a low-density garden R&D building, with a total GFA of approximately 23,000 sqm. Now the building is wholly occupied by a tech giant.

4月21日：近日，安联集团联合韩国国民年金（NPS）以人民币22亿元收购上海浦东张江星创科技广场90%股份，卖方为东久中国。星创科技广场位于浦东张江科技园区核心区，项目由三栋11层高标准甲级写字楼以及一个下沉式商业广场组成，项目地上总建筑面积约为62,000平方米，配有533个地下停车位。
On 21 April: Allianz Group and NPS jointly acquires 90% equity in Shanghai Innov Star from D&J China for RMB2.2 billion. Located in the core area of Pudong Zhangjiang Science and Technology Park, Innov Star comprises three 11-storey high-standard Grade-A office buildings and a sunken plaza, with a total GFA of approximately 62,000 sqm above ground and 553 underground parking lots.

CapitaLand acquires AVIC TRUST Shanghai Data Centre
4月28日：新加坡开发商凯德集团宣布以人民币36.6亿元收购一个位于上海市闵行区的超大规模数据中心园区。作为凯德在中国的首个数据中心项目，该园区由四栋建筑组成，全部建成后总建筑面积可达75,000平方米，IT供电容量可达55兆瓦。该交易预计将于2021年三季度完成。通过此收购，凯德集团旗下的数据中心投资组合的总资产规模超过人民币122亿元。
On 28 April: CapitaLand, a Singapore-based developer, announced the acquisition of a large-scale data centre in Minhang of Shanghai for RMB3.66 billion. Known as CapitaLand’s first data centre in China, the park comprises four buildings with a total GFA of 75,000 sqm while the IT power supply capacity reaches 55 MW. The transaction is expected to be completed in Q3 2021. After the acquisition, the total asset of CapitaLand’s data centre portfolio will reach over RMB12.2 billion.

4月28日：中国旅游集团旗下的中旅投资以人民币83.95亿元摘得花都区两宗地块。地块位于花都区北站东广场，用地面积达27.2万平方米。中旅投资计划在该地块打造免税商业文旅综合体及滨水新城居住区。
On 28 Apr: CTG Investment, a subsidiary of China Tourism Group, acquired two land plots in Huadu District for RMB 8.395 billion. The plots are located in the East Square of North Railway Station, Huadu District, with an area of 272,000 sqm. CTG Investment plans to build a commercial and cultural tourism mixed-use project with duty-free function, and a waterfront residential project.
海南省文投拟引进维亚康姆项目
Hainan Culture Investment Management intends to introduce Viacom project
5月7日：海南省文化投资管理有限公司与金恒德集团签署战略合作协议，拟引进维亚康姆集团，推动其文化产业项目的落地。双方拟投资建设的海南维亚康姆尼克世界旅游度假区项目，计划总投资达人民币300至500亿元。
On 7 May: Hainan Cultural Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with JHD Group to introduce Viacom Group, promoting the establishment of its cultural industry projects. Both parties planned to invest in Viacom-Nick World Tourism Resort in Hainan Province, with a total investment of RMB 30 to 50 billion.
