北京商报讯（记者 赵述评 何倩）5月23日，对于"洋码头已启动拆红筹架构，加快国内上市布局"的消息，洋码头相关负责人向北京商报记者回应基本属实。据天眼查资料显示，洋码头已经获得7轮融资，最近一次是在今年3月获得数亿元D+轮融资，投资方为盛世投资。
