北京商报讯（记者 董亮 马换换）5月17日晚间，上交所官网发布消息显示，唐山百川智能机器股份有限公司（以下简称"百川智能"）科创板IPO处于终止状态。
上交所表示，因百川智能撤回发行上市申请或者保荐人撤销保荐，根据《审核规则》第六十七条（二），决定终止其发行上市审核。
据了解，百川智能招股书在2020年9月25日获得受理。
