《符文工厂》系列15周年纪念，Switch《符文工厂5》追加DLC发售决定，DLC内容为追加系列历代服装，预定于5月20日起发售，售价各税后330日元，打包套装售价税后880日元，除前三代服装外，发售日当天安装最新更新资料后还可免费获得《符文工厂：海洋》的服装。而《符文工厂4》的服装则作为《符文工厂4SP》与《符文工厂5》存档联动特典推出。
本作日版将于2021年5月20日发售，中文版将于2021年9月2日推出。
