4月19日，成都中建三局开发的“中建天府公馆”小区业主徐女士向消费质量报社投诉维权中心反映，她购买的中建天府公馆第一批次清水房在2021年3月份交房时发现，该楼盘在实际交付时与销售时的相关宣传严重不相符，她家卧室地板有一条几米长的贯穿性裂缝，业主质疑房屋存在质量问题。
