尤其是当你从中国飞往地球的另一端旅游时，遇上这种“颠倒黑白”式的时差，你知道要怎么应对吗？“倒时差”又该用英文怎么说呢？还有哪些旅行注意事项触及到了你的知识盲区呢？

超额定出
overbooked
The airline sells too many tickets for one flight on purpose than people can actually fit on an airplane.
这家航空公司故意在一次航班上出售过多的机票，超出了一架飞机的实际载客量。
My flight was overbooked, and I got bumped to a later one.
我的航班满了，我被迫去坐之后的一班。
02.
红眼
red eye
This kind of flight leaves very late at night and arrives early the next morning. Passengers can’t sleep very well on the plane,so they usually arrive tired, with their eyes red due to lack of sleep!
这种航班起飞很晚，第二天早上到达。乘客在飞机上睡不好，所以他们到达的时候总是很累，缺乏睡眠而眼睛发红!
The plane I got bumped to was a red-eye.
我被迫搭乘的航班是红眼航班。
03.
时差
Jet lag
when you travel to a different time zone, your body’s “biological clock” is different from the local time. You may experience excessive daytime sleepiness or insomnia，headache，orlack of concentration.
当你在不同的时区旅行时，你身体的“生物钟”与当地时间是不同的。你可能会经历白天过度的嗜睡、失眠、头痛或注意力不集中。
It took me a whole couple of days to recover from the jet lag!
我花了好几天才把时差倒过来。

seedy area
A place that looks dirty, disorganized, and possibly dangerous.
一个看起来肮脏，混乱，甚至可能危险的地方。
My hotel was in a really seedy area!
我的酒店在一个很偏僻破旧的地方。

旅游陷阱
Tourist trap
A place that is designed toattract tourists and make them spend lots of money.
一个旨在吸引游客并让他们花很多钱的地方。
It was a total tourist trap!
这个地方就是个旅游陷阱！
06.
偷窃
rip-off
something that is extremely overpriced (it costs much more than it should).
标价过高的东西(它比它应该的价格贵得多)。
I bought a bottle of water, but it was a total rip-off!
我买了一瓶水，但价格也太坑啦！
