4月10日，新闻联播播出：由国家能源局提出，国家电投集团投资建设和运行管理的首个国家光伏储能实证实验平台，在大庆开工建设，平台总投资约60亿元，建成后将对光伏储能技术产品方案开展实证实验检测，为国家制定产业政策和技术标准提供科学依据。
