29日，汕尾市纪委监委发布消息：陆丰市委常委、碣石镇党委书记方炳烙涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受汕尾市纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。
方炳烙简历
方炳烙，男，汉族，1979年6月生，广东陆丰人，在职大学学历，2000年5月参加工作，2001年10月加入中国共产党。
2010年3月任陆丰市审计局副局长；
2011年6月任陆丰市甲子镇党委副书记、镇长人选；
2011年10月任陆丰市甲子镇党委副书记、镇长；
2012年8月任陆丰市金厢镇党委书记、人大主席；
2015年1月任陆丰市南塘镇党委书记、人大主席人选;
2016年9月任陆丰市南塘镇党委书记；
2017年6月至今任陆丰市委常委、碣石镇党委书记。
