bunk本意是指“床铺”的意思，在这里是做动词，表示“缺席”的意思，一般跟off连用，bunk off work是“旷工，翘班”的意思，后面可以加上不同的词，比如bunk off school表示“逃学”，bunk off early表示“早退”。
我们在读这句话的时候，要注意bunk off之间可以有一个连读，bunk的尾音 /k/ 可以跟off连起来，所以连起来读就是bunk off。
