国家卫生健康委疾控局一级巡视员贺青华21日在国务院联防联控机制新闻发布会上表示，不建议以下人群接种新冠疫苗，包括——
对疫苗所含成分过敏、
血管神经性水肿、
呼吸困难、
患有癫痫或其他神经系统疾病、
有格林-巴利综合征病史的人。
他提示，妊娠哺乳期不宜接种新冠疫苗。
在接种新冠疫苗前，公众一定要跟医生报告自身情况。
