马氏宗祠位于仪陇县柴井乡鼓楼营村，为一四合院式建筑群，由前廊房、山门、戏台、左右厢房及正堂屋组成，占地面积约1861平方米，建筑设计合理，规模宏大，建筑艺术构件雕刻精美，图案流畅，栩栩如生，具有极高的历史、艺术、科学价值。
2007年经四川省人民政府公布为省级文物保护单位。
