今天（3月21日）下午3时，国务院联防联控机制举行新闻发布会，介绍新冠疫苗安全性、有效性等有关情况。
会上，国家卫健委新闻发言人米锋介绍，2021年春运已安全结束，各地正在全面抓好常态化疫情防控，保障群众安全、顺畅出行。当前，国内低风险地区持健康通行“绿码”，在测温正常且做好个人防护的前提下可有序出行，各地不得擅自加码。
