证券时报网讯，3月18日，中国银保监会温州监管分局发布的行政处罚信息公开表显示，银保监会温州监管分局对瑞安农商银行处罚款185万元；对余丽平警告，并处罚款5万元。主要违法违规事实为，瑞安农商银行以不正当手段吸收存款；整改措施落实不到位；信贷资金违规流入股市；信贷资金违规流入房地产市场；信贷资金被用于支付股权收购款。余丽平对瑞安农商银行以不正当手段吸收存款负直接责任。
