证券时报网讯，据央视新闻17日消息，自然资源部表示，今年将围绕新一轮规划确定的全国耕地保有量和永久基本农田保护任务，以第三次全国国土调查成果为基础，锁定耕地和永久基本农田地块图斑，运用卫星遥感影像等信息技术手段，结合实地巡查等方式，每半年开展一次对耕地和永久基本农田的动态监测监管，制止耕地“非农化” “非粮化”，守住18亿亩耕地红线。
