北京商报讯（记者 姚倩）3月17日，药明生物宣布与辉瑞中国达成一项收购协议，药明生物将收购辉瑞中国位于杭州的先进生物药生产基地，相关员工也将由药明生物接收。该交易预计在2021年上半年完成。
