在日常生活中说的化妆，不是make up，而是make-up，也可以写成makeup。
划重点！表示化妆的动词是 put on 或者 wear。
例句：
I rarely use make-up.
我很少化妆。/ 我很少用化妆品。
make up 做动词时，指舞台上的化妆。
用法是：make sb up，把某人化妆成别的样子。
例句：
