人民网北京3月15日电 (记者刘佳)“一键维权”人民投诉直通车平台今日公布数据年报，自2020年3月15日至2021年3月15日，平台共收到投诉17113件，其中有效投诉3995件，以下数据均基于有效投诉得出。
