最高人民检察院工作报告显示，2020年，监检互相配合、互相制约，办案质量不断提升。受理监委移送职务犯罪1.9万余人。用好违法所得没收、缺席审判等法定特别程序，力促追逃追赃。立案查办司法工作人员职务犯罪1400余人，同比上升63.1%。
