新版《北京历史文化名城保护条例》已于市十五届人大四次会议全票通过，今年3月1日起施行。
扩大保护范围、突出老城保护、鼓励活化利用……北京历史文化名城保护该“保什么”“谁来保”“怎么保”“怎么用”，有了更加明确的答案。
首次明确全域保护严格落实老城不能再拆了。
