证券时报网讯，2月25日，交通运输部发布《邮件快件包装管理办法》。办法提到，寄递企业应当遵守国家有关禁止、限制使用不可降解塑料袋等一次性塑料制品的规定。鼓励寄递企业积极回收塑料袋等一次性塑料制品，使用可循环、易回收、可降解的替代产品。
