证券时报e公司讯，棕榈股份(002431)2月23日晚间公告，公司与河南豫资朴和实业发展有限公司组成的联合体中标商城县红色旅游特色小镇（一期）工程PPP项目（二次）。项目总投资5.06亿元，占公司2019年营收的18.69%。项目总占地面积205700平方米，总建筑面积66800平方米。项目合作周期共计17年，其中建设期2年，运营期15年。
