2月18日，已宣布转型退出的深圳P2P平台随手记（随手科技）对外公告，拟于2月20日开展第九期兑付，本次兑付比例为确权本金的7%，本次兑付完毕后累计已兑付确权本金的76%，兑付资金将统一转入稳盈余额，出借人可自行到稳盈余额申请提现。
