据哈尔滨呼兰公安消息，2月3日12时40分许，张某彬(男，社区志愿者)在呼兰区康金镇康乐小区门前管理人员进出时，被该小区居民陈某龙(男)持刀捅伤，张某彬经送医抢救无效死亡。目前，犯罪嫌疑人陈某龙已被公安机关刑事拘留，案件正在进一步侦办中。
