2021年1月4号，一名一岁宝宝的脚面烫伤恢复中，在济宁医学院附属医院换药，不知道是哪条法律条文规定的，孩子换药家长不能抱着，并且不能用上级医院的药，必须用济宁医学院附属医院的药！
如果你们济宁医学院附属医院没有这种治疗的药，宝宝去你们医院换药就要被耽误，百般刁难患者，难道这就是就有医德的表现？济宁附属医院的这种行为是救死扶伤吗？
