从社会生态看，中国已不存在什么所谓的底层人群，因为群众路线一直都是我党的优良传统。但从经济基础来说，我国最广的的农民，依然处于社会最底层，这是不争的事实。不过中国还存在1⃣️个另类底层群体，那就是哀其不幸怒其不争的男足。
唯有加强教育，才能提高他们的生活质量。
