12月27日0时至24时，辽宁省新增6例本土新冠肺炎确诊病例（轻型1例、普通型5例），其中沈阳市报告1例（为无症状感染者转归病例）、大连市报告5例；新增3例本土无症状感染者，均为大连市报告。无新增治愈出院病例。
截至12月27日24时，辽宁省累计报告确诊病例329例（含境外输入67例），治愈出院287例，死亡2例，在院治疗40例。目前，尚有31例无症状感染者在定点医院隔离治疗。
