2020年12月3日，山东滨州无棣县。孟某驾驶一辆轻型普通货车在路口绿灯起步左转时，将对向一辆直行过路口的电动车撞倒，致电动车驾驶人受伤。经交警调查，事发时电动车在非机动车道上正常通行，无责任；孟某因转弯时未让直行车辆先行，负全部责任。
