人民路高家垣人行天桥即将进行桥体吊装作业，为保障过往车辆及行人安全，定于2020年12月11日晚10：00至13日早6：00对人民路（河东街--禹都大道）实行全段封闭，请过往车辆及行人选择其他路线绕行。
