12月9日，一女婴从山东滨州惠民县圣豪商场3楼一扶梯护栏处坠落。画面显示，女婴头部着地，侧身躺在地上，手臂还能活动。随后，女婴家人从扶梯上快速跑下，因着急内疚多次跪坐在地上。当地警方通报，女婴送医后情况稳定，正在普通病房治疗。
