11月26日，河北张家口察北警方通报一起年过六旬长期生病卧床老年女性被强奸案件情况。23日，警方接到市民报警称其母亲在家中被人性侵，被害人已年过六旬且长期生病卧床。24日，犯罪嫌疑人杨某在某饭店内被抓获。经查，31岁的嫌疑人杨某，对购买刀具、强奸女性的犯罪事实供认不讳。嫌疑人杨某2011年曾因强奸罪被判处有期徒刑10年，2020年8月到察北。犯罪嫌疑人杨某已被警方刑事拘留。
