三言财经 11月16日消息，据网友爆料，日前一韵达快递员因对客户不满，在丰巢快递柜上写上了“刁民”门牌号，并注明“这些都是困难户，请送上门”。
不过该快递员被投诉后贴出了道歉信，信中写道“我是快递员XX，为之前在快递柜的不当言语特此向本小区广大业主道歉，希望得到广大业主的原谅”，日前是11月14日。
