北京市日前发布了《步行和自行车交通环境规划设计标准》，将于2021年4月1日起开始实施。其中明确提出，各级城市道路两侧应设置人行道，且人行道不得中断；人行道内不得设置妨碍行人通行的设施，且人行道的宽度最小值为2米等。（来源：“北京发布”微博）
