10月23日，湖南岳阳，男子汪某来到交警队提出申诉称其9月25日没有在禁行时段闯禁区，求撤销违法记录。
经调取监控，民警确认汪某驾车在禁行时间段驶入城区禁行区域，并摭挡机动车号牌。经询问，民警得知，汪某因记错禁行时段而驶入禁行区域。因担心被监控拍到，抱有侥幸心理，汪某用抹布遮挡货车号牌。
最终，汪某被处以罚款300元，驾驶证记15分并降级的处罚。
