全市9个国考断面水质达标率为100%；水质优良比例为77.8%，同比上升11%，仪扬河冻青桥断面，江都泰西、大寨桥断面，高邮北澄子河三垛西大桥及高邮湖心断面月度超标现象较多，超标因子主要集中在溶解氧、氨氮、总磷等。
全市32个省考断面水质达标率93.8%，同比上升6.2%；水质优良比例为84.4%，同比上升25.2%；无劣Ⅴ类断面。
1-9月，全市8个城市河流水质达标率为62.5%，仪征市仪城河大庆桥、宝应县中沟河叶挺桥、市区新城河团结桥等3个点位水质超标，主要污染物为氨氮，水质均为劣Ⅴ类。
