近日，武警天津总队迎来首批来自山东德州的350名新战友。随后，该队还将迎接来自黑龙江、山东、上海、河北、安徽的千余名新兵。新兵们经过3个月的新兵集训后，将逐步实现从普通青年向合格武警战士的转变。加油！（姜瑞强 王良 周旭升 张鹏）
