马稚新女士，中国国籍，1976年出生，工商企业管理专业，本科学历。马稚新女士曾先后担任京基御景华城商业项目店长、沙井京基百纳广场店物业总监、南山京基百纳广场店物业总监，现任本公司成都城市公司负责人。
