今年8月，警方发现，海南万宁市内一名男子在国外租赁服务器搭建非法网站，使用色情图片制作封面吸引点击率，但网站内并没有色情内容，全部为电影，且不乏各大院线正在热映的《花木兰》《八佰》等大片。目前，犯罪嫌疑人陈某已被刑事拘留，案件正在进一步侦办中。
