关于245省道友谊桥实施交通管制的通告
245省道友谊桥位于连云港市与宿迁市交界处，经定期检测和特殊性检查，技术状况评定为3类桥梁且安全储备较低，存在严重安全隐患，依据《公路养护技术规范》JTG H10-2019，从即日起对该桥进行交通管制，管制期间只允许小型客车、非机动车和行人通行，其他车辆请提前绕行。
