DoNews 9月4日消息（记者 刘文轩）Google宣布Chrome for Android将支持DNS-over-HTTPS(DoH)。
至于Chrome桌面版本，早在5月发布的Chrome 83就加入了对DoH的支持，但该功能一直以来并未在Android和iOS版本中推出。
Google表示，Chrome for Android 85将逐步启用该功能，浏览器的设置内引入了Secure DNS的新选项，启用之后Chrome将尝试通过 DoH 发出加密域名查询请求，如果不支持则回滚到明文请求。
DoH通过HTTPS加密向第三方或用户自己搭建的DNS服务器发出域名查询请求，这种方法被认为相对于明文连接DNS服务器更加安全。
