为方便市民办事，提升我市教育服务质量，8月10日至9月10日期间，海口市教育局将设置“海口市教育局义务教育招生咨询窗口”，地点为 海口市海甸岛三西路15号（海口市考试中心一楼） 。
海口市教育局招生咨询电话 68724610 。窗口工作时间为 08:30—12:00，14:00—17:30 。
在正常工作日的上述时间段内，该窗口均有人值班，负责现场答疑及接听电话，对我市义务教育招生工作有疑问者均可到现场咨询或拨打电话询问。
