8月7日，邵阳交警发布最新公告：启动县（市）号牌转入市区号牌登记；2020年8月7日之前市区居民未上牌的不符合新国标的电动自行车申请上牌日期延期至2020年12月31日；在2020年12月31日之前，未办理登记的电动自行车遵守交通规则上路行驶的，交警部门不予查扣；电动自行车登记上牌不收取任何费用；
