8月6日，北京保险行业协会官微发布《2020年二季度北京地区商业健康保险服务评价指标通报》显示，截至2020年6月30日，北京地区商业健康保险服务评价指标（个人健康险业务）较上期略有变化。
其中，“保单平均出单时效”为1.43天，“理赔平均时效”为2.05天，“小额简易案件理赔平均时效”为1.89天，“保单平均出单时效”较上期延长0.02天，“理赔平均时效”和“小额简易案件理赔平均时效”较上期分别缩短0.11天和0.1天。
