7月31日，宝鸡高新区马营镇旭光村第一批选房的577户群众绝大部分已领到返迁安置房的钥匙。
马营镇旭光村原址位于高铁新城核心区域。安置房旭光佳苑小区位于渭滨大道以北，蟠龙路以东，共有5栋商业楼和8栋住宅楼，总房源2071套，小区还配备一栋幼儿园。
按照相关政策，从7月29日起，首批选房的577户村民分批前来领取新房钥匙，可分配新房1450套。
